A busy week of basketball here in Dunedin, first the Steven Adams camp on Wednesday, and the the mens club basketball final on Saturday. Congrats to the Mid city Magic, beating a scrappy City Rise Bombers squad.
Had a great time down south fishing before the season drew to a close, the fishing was cut a bit short after some very heavy rain blew out the rivers, but had a great time none the less.
I always love getting out in to nature with the kids. The road through to Milford is stunning and well worth the trip.
With Autumn upon us and winter just around the corner, when you get one last chance to hit the beach you have to take it!
Was fortunate enough to have a couple of nights away camping at Lake Middleton, a place that is pretty special to me, I have been going there for over 30 years. The Mackenzie country is a greatly under appreciated part of the country in my opinion. Got a few fish, and a few photos, great weekend away.
I can not recommend the Fiordland Jet Pure Wilderness Adventure enough, it's awesome!
I was lazing on the couch when I glanced outside and saw the stunning sunset, I leapt up grabbed my camera and rushed out the door to get these quick snaps..... not bad Dunedin!
Summer holidays have been and gone, had a great time in Te Anau with the family. Can't wait to get back in to it, this year is looking like a cracker!
Stunning day on the river, not super fruitful from a catching fish perspective. But a great day non the less.
Being surrounded by such an amazing coastline in Dunedin is awesome.
Been holidaying in this part of the world since I was 6 years old, such a special place. Amazing to be able to share it with my kids now.
Jumped in the car with no destination in mind, somehow ended up at Taieri Mouth and Lake Waihola. I feel pretty blessed to have places like this a stones throw from Dunedin.
